A tribute to the heroes and heroines of American Black Soul Music: from Ray Charles, the inventor of soul, a J, Marvin Gaye Aretha Franklin, Ike & Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations and other unforgettable artists. An evocative show that brings the audience back to the warm and vibrant atmospheres of 60s and 70s.
An engaging journey through stories and anecdotes about artists, cities, places and record labels. You find yourself immersed in a film that tells the story in a joyful and spectacular way black popular music and its connection to the fight for civil rights.
They will be well in 20 musicians and singers coming from all over the world to perform on stage in Piazza XX Settembre, a super powerful rhythm section, an incredible wind section that has nothing to envy of anyone, all supported by six solo voices, dancers and choristers and exceptional guests .
