Roy Roberts is a leading figure in Southern Black Music. There is no other guitarist or blues singer who can match him in minor-key soul-tinged shuffles. He accompanied the greatest blues stars of all time such as: Clarence Carter, Joe Tex, Eddie Floyd, Dee Clark, Solomon Burke and the legendary Otis Redding. Roy boasts collaborations with artists such as Stevie Wonder and Robert Ward's Ohio Untouchables. With his record company he becomes the producer of Floyd Miles, Priscilla Price, Chik Willis, Eddie Floyd, Patty Benson. In this only Italian date the "bluesman" Roy Roberts, who will present the recent album "Burnin' Love", is accompanied by the overwhelming band which has already been appreciated in previous tours around the planet (Australia, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Spain, England, Germany, Belgium, Holland) which is composed of: Roy Roberts, guitar and vocals, Mark Van Maurik, guitar and vocals, Jimmy Glasmachar on bass, Wolfgang Roggenkamp on keyboards, Ramon Rambeaux on drums.
