PRESENTATION IN THE NEW BOOK BY DANIELE PERSEGANI
After the success of "Sunday Lunch" and "At the Table in 60 minutes", chef Daniele Persegani is released in all bookstores with his third volume published by LT Editore “The chef makes the opportunity”, a recipe book entirely dedicated to signature menus. It is not easy to create a complete menu with dishes that are in tune with each other, but at the same time varied. For chef Daniele Persegani, this is not a problem and his books are proof of this.
Menu ideas from appetizer to dessert for all occasions: from dinner on the sofa in front of the TV to a spring picnic, from an aperitif with colleagues to a formal lunch with the in-laws.
