Joe Bonamassa, the six-string blues superstar, returns to Italy to set the stage alight at the park San Valentino July 18, 2025 for the 34th edition of the Pordenone Blues & Co. Festival.
One of the most appreciated musicians on the contemporary international scene, Bonamassa has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, won four Blues Music Awards, and has reached the number one spot on the Billboard Blues Albums chart twenty-seven times, the only artist to have achieved this feat in history. Not even fifty years old, Bonamassa is already a living legend with a repertoire of over fifty albums that span across genres, including those with his side projects Black Country Communion and Rock Candy Funk Party. His latest work, Live At The Hollywood Bowl With Orchestra, was released on June 21 on his own label J&R Adventures.
A prolific author and always looking for novelties in his already eclectic musical horizons, in recent years Bonamassa has produced an endless series of albums including those of Joanne Shaw Taylor, Marc Broussard, Larry McCray, Jimmy Hall for his label KTBA Records, and has recently launched the company Journeyman LLC, which groups together a series of functions useful to independent artists: management, record label, concert organization and marketing services.
