Ana Popovic is an internationally renowned guitarist and singer with an incredible stage presence, making her a truly irresistible force in the world of contemporary blues music.
Ana comes to the Pordenone Blues Festival to promote his new triple album “Trilogy” which contains three albums in one work, 23 funk, rock/blues and jazz songs produced by Warren Riker (Lauryn Hill, Carlos Santana), Tom Hambridge (Buddy Guy) and the greatest jazz trombonist, composer and producer today Delfeayo Marsalis and boasts incredible guests including Joe Bonamassa and Robert Randolph.
Ana is the only female guitarist who was part of the 2014 “All-star” Experience Hendrix and will also be part of the 2017 edition.
Ana has shared the stage with BB King, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Clark Jr. and many others. Nominated 5 times at the Blues Music Awards, appeared on the covers of Vintage Guitar and Guitar Player, her albums Can You Stand The Heat (2013) and Unconditional (2011) were "pick of the week" on USA Today and aired from NPR Music. All of her albums have been in the Top 5 of the Billboard Blues Charts.
