After last summer's success, the Pordenone Blues & Co. Festival announces the 33rd edition by presenting the first major event on the bill for the next live season: he will perform on the prestigious stage of the boutique festival Alice Cooper for the 'only Italian stage of his European tour, scheduled for Wednesday 10 July 2024 at the Park San Valentino di Pordenone.
The rock icon spends at least six months a year on the road to bring his iconic show, a rock psychodrama, to fans old and new, having as much fun performing as the audience has watching it. Known as the architect of shock rock, Alice cooper – both with the band and solo – he shook the world and undermined the authority of generations of guardians of the status quo, continuing to surprise fans from every corner of the world, like a good horror film.
A Pordenone the artist will also present his latest album Road (2023), written and recorded together with the long-time members of the band that accompanies him on tour: Chuck Garric, Nita strauss, ryan roxie, Tommy Henriksen e Glenn Sobel. The album immediately received enthusiastic reviews from major music magazines around the world.
